Legislative basis of industrial safety expertise in the Russian Federation
In the Russian Federation the design documentation for the safe operation of the facility is analyzed in accordance with the Federal Law "On the industrial safety of hazardous production facilities" dated July 21, 1997 ¹ 116-FZ.
Regulatory documentation applied in the field of industrial safety requires compliance with the following requirements
activities of the industrial facility (as amended by the Law "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation..." of 02 July 2013 N 186-FZ);
technological processes and procedures for dealing with emergencies;
justification of safety measures in place at the facility.
Development and approval of regulations and rules in the field of industrial safety shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure stipulated in clause 3 of Federal Law No. 22-FZ of 4 March 2013.
