Patenting (certifying priority, exclusive right or authorship) of inventions, utility models and industrial designs is entitled to be carried out by any Russian certification centre accredited by Rospatent. The basic document, which guides the Russian certification centre in the preparation of documents, is Chapter 72 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, federal laws and relevant regulations. First of all, the actual novelty of the object is confirmed, since the object has an inventive status (the type of solution is not obvious to a specialist), is completely new and acceptable for use.
