Voluntary GOST R certificate is a document issued by an accredited body to confirm that products meet certain standards. It can be issued for a single product, batch, serial production for any product or service at customer's request.
An applicant can be a manufacturer, a seller, a distributor.
Period of validity and cost
The document is issued on a special counterfeit-protected blank form. Validity period is 3 years for mass production, equal to the shelf life for a batch.

Drawing up a voluntary certificate
The document of compliance with GOST R standards can only be obtained after a mandatory inspection (if any) has been carried out. The applicant has the right to choose the parameters to be tested.
It is important to understand that it is not possible to replace the mandatory approval document with a voluntary one.

Stages of certification
The process of confirming conformity follows the following algorithm:
Consultation with a specialist of "Rostest Ural", consideration of your case, selection of a scheme;
Submission of a set of documents;
Sampling, carrying out tests in an accredited laboratory;
Inspection of production (if provided by the scheme);
Consideration of the results, filling of the protocol;
Issuance of certificate;
Issuance of the certificate to the client.
