The Declaration of Conformity of Working Conditions is a document drawn up by the employees of the certification centre, confirming the fact that the workplaces you have declared fully comply with the applicable occupational health and safety requirements in the country. Such declaration is issued within thirty days from the date of completion of the OSH (special assessment of working conditions). The Federal Law of our state "On Special Assessment of Working Conditions" establishes the procedure for the SSaT.
A declaration of conformity of working conditions is drawn up on the basis of an OSA report, therefore the declaration is issued after all harmful factors at your company have been identified.
The declaration can be used by the recipient for a period of 5 years. If no occupational diseases or injuries are recorded at your company's workplaces, the certification document can be extended at the end of these 5 years.
