As for GGTN license – which license do you nean? I’ve said only about Gosnadzor Permit of use. It is not necessary for foreign manufacturers according Kazakhstan legislation.
This is the same as I sent to you yesterday. This one is issued in 2006, but in 2010 Kazakhstan government decided not to ask the Permit from foreign manufacturers.
