Obligative status of reception of certificates on this or that kind of production is regulated by normative legal acts of the appropriate state ministries. The list of products, subject to obligatory certification is affirmed by the governmental order of the Russian Federation from August, 13, 1997 N 1013 (with changes from May, 24, 2000).
The order of Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation from July, 20, 1998 N 217 " About a hygienic estimation of manufacture, delivery and realization of products and goods " (with changes from September, 2, 1999) and the Order of Ministry of Health of Russia from 15.08.01 N 32 regulate responsibility for a hygienic condition of production.
The list of production subject to obligatory certification in the field of fire safety in the Russian Federation is authorized by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation from March, 28, 1996 N 10 " About the statement of normative legal acts of System of certification of products and services in the field of fire safety ".
