May 2009, the technical regulation in the Russian Federation came into effect, the main purpose of which is to protect the life and health of citizens, the welfare and safety of their property. The provisions of the document apply both to citizens and to legal entities, municipal and state ownership.
A mandatory fire safety certificate (or a "fire certificate") is a documentary proof of the fact that a particular product complies with the requirements of the fire safety requirements regulation. Our company offers its services for the passage of the entire procedure for obtaining a certificate.
Normative regulation
Regulation from a legal aspect is carried out by the Federal Laws "On Fire Safety" and "On Technical Regulation". In order to determine whether products are subject to compulsory certification procedure or not, they are guided by such indicators as the commodity's HS code, its name and scope of use. Also the goods in question are identified for belonging to a special product section, the nomenclature of which is required to be certified.
The main stages of certification
Provision by the manufacturer (or seller) of the products of the application, as well as a minimum set of documents for consideration by specialists of our organization.
Acceptance by the authorized organization of the application received, provision of a general test procedure.
Evaluation of the conformity of products to the requirements of the regulations.
In case of successful passing of certification - issue of the corresponding document.
Conducting inspection control of a certified product. If the certificate was issued for a period of up to 2 years, then the frequency of control does not exceed one time for the entire period of its validity.
Taking appropriate measures in case of deviations in monitoring the quality of goods.
Required documents
Copies of technical documentation regulating the production of products.
Copies of documentation describing the technical characteristics of products, passports, catalogs, other documents containing the specified information.
Copies of contracts for the supply of products, invoices, if any, or will be requested.
Products that have successfully passed mandatory certification are indicated by a special mark of circulation on the market. The marking is affixed directly to the product or its packaging, as well as in the compulsory accompanying documentation.
