The sanitary-and-epidemiologic conclusion (the hygienic conclusion) - is the document which confirms the sanction with bodies of Rospotrebnadzor of Russia of manufacture or import of production corresponding established requirements, hygienic norms and sanitary rules (HC and SEC), and also serves as official acknowledgement of safety of production for health of the person.
Sanitary-and-epidemiologic examination of production and registration of the corresponding conclusion (CC) at present is the same necessary procedure as well as reception of the certificate of conformity of system of GOST R on production which is a subject obligatory certification,for transportation through border and for commercial realization. The huge set of new problems has appeared at the trading and broker companies in September, 2004 when Russia the letter has changed the existing order of import and declaring of production, having obliged declarants to give certified copies CC, in case of absence of the information on their requisites in certificates of conformity on production.
Now sanitary-and-epidemiologic examination of production is carried out by territorial managements (registration of the conclusions) and the Centers of hygiene and epidemiology (carrying out of tests) of Rospotrebnadzor Russia while earlier all procedure could be lead in Centers of the sanitary-and-epidemiologic conclusion of Russia.
The hygienic conclusion stands out for the term of till 5 years.
